San Antonio Texas Lifestyle Newborn Photographer | Baby Evans

You may recognize a couple familiar faces in this San Antonio Lifestyle Newborn Session! First and foremost, I absolutely this sweet family so it was a joy when Madison reached out about scheduling baby Maddox’s Lifestyle Newborn photos. Since photographing Madison & Drew’s engagement, bridals, two weddings (thanks 2020!) and their pregnancy announcement, you could say these two have become some of my favorite people to have in front of the camera!

Since I was already planning a visit to Tyler, Texas for her sister Mallory’s sunset engagement session, we planned her lifestyle newborn photos for that same morning. It was so good visiting with these sisters, Drew and their mom, Jina! They are a wonderful family and amazingly both recent Miss Texas Winners! Madison was Miss Texas 2018 and Mallory was Miss Texas 2021. How amazing is that and in the same family!

What is most important when it comes to a San Antonio, Texas Lifestyle Newborn Session?

When I first enter a home for a newborn photo session, I begin by checking around for good, natural light. This along with allowing the natural connection you share with your family to shine through are the most important elements when it comes to lifestyle family photos!

The first place we usually begin is within the nursery. I love using a good rocker, the crib and incorporating all the little nursery details you’ve put together in anticipation of your baby’s arrival. Madison’s Nursery was beautifully decorated with lots of white, blues and the delicate, little personal touches perfect for a baby boy. It’s not surprising though since she runs a  Southern life & style blog sharing all her wedding tips, stylish outfits, adorable home decor and now her sweet baby boy! Seriously, go check it out.

Baby Maddox was so easy to photograph and although he stayed awake much of the time, he was calm, full and happy. It was such a joy meeting this sweet baby boy and seeing this wonderful couple as new parents. Love you guys! See you again soon!
