Photography entered my life long before it became my profession. My earliest years behind the camera were spent working with film and experimenting in the darkroom, where I first developed an appreciation for light, composition, and the power of a single image to preserve a feeling. While studying at the University of Texas at Austin, that curiosity evolved into a deeper passion for storytelling—one that would ultimately become the foundation of my career.

Over the past fifteen years, I've had the privilege of documenting hundreds of weddings and family milestones across Texas, Arizona, and destinations beyond. Throughout that time, one truth has remained constant: the photographs people treasure most are the ones that transport them back to a moment, a feeling, or a season of life they never want to forget.

My approach is rooted in creating imagery that is both timeless and deeply personal. While beautiful portraits certainly matter, I am equally drawn to the unscripted moments—the laughter that erupts unexpectedly, the tears held back until they can't be, the subtle exchanges that often become the most treasured photographs years later.

What I value most about this work is the trust it requires. Being invited into such meaningful moments is a privilege I never take lightly. My goal is not only to create beautiful photographs, but to provide an experience that feels thoughtful, seamless, and genuinely enjoyable from beginning to end.

I'm Jillian—wife to my husband, Donnie, mother to two spirited daughters, and a firm believer that life's most meaningful moments deserve to be celebrated well. Our home is filled with equal parts chaos and joy, thanks to two girls who keep us on our toes, an oversized dog named Otis who has no concept of personal space, and a remarkably confident 22-year-old cat who runs the household with quiet authority.

Beyond photography, I am endlessly inspired by travel, architecture, and the stories that connect people across generations and cultures. I have always been drawn to beautiful spaces, meaningful traditions, and the details that make a place—or a person—distinctly unforgettable.
