Hello!!
So this past Tuesday was definitely one of my most crazy engagement sessions ever! The night before Meghan & Ben’s Downtown McKinney Engagement session, we were actually planning to shoot in Downtown Dallas until I received the news on Sunday that a stay-at-home ordinance was being put into place and all non-essential (myself included) were to cease operating for at least the next week if not longer. After a quick chat, Meghan and I decided to move the session to Collin County, specifically Downtown McKinney to make sure we were in compliance with all current restrictions.
I am so incredibly happy we did this! The weather was just perfect, with lots of sunshine and the best part about was that we pretty much had all of Downtown McKinney to ourselves. We saw a handful of cars and a few people but we pretty much walked in the middle of the street for much of the session. I mainly shot with my canon 70-200mm to ensure we were following social distancing guidelines and after recently being cooped up so much it was a breath of fresh air to get out of the house and socialize a bit!
I adored the vibe between these two and how much they just enjoyed goofing around together! Meghan and Ben will be tying the knot in early June at Knotting Hill Place and I couldn’t be more excited to be working with both of them! See you both soon!!
