Hello,
I’m sharing Emilee & Zachariah’s Springs Wedding at Rockwall Manor in Terrell, TX. These two met back in the Fall of 2011 when they both started in a leadership organization program at Texas A&M. They are such die-hard Aggies that I photographed their engagement session on campus under the famous Century Tree. I don’t think you get anymore Aggie than that. When they aren’t routing for their alma mater, they enjoy cooking, traveling, working out together, and throwing parties for their friends so I knew this wedding was going to have an epic reception!
A few weeks before the wedding, I met up with Emilee and her mom for her bridal session at the venue. I don’t think I’ve ever been more grateful for having photographed bridals beforehand because unfortunately the weather on their wedding day was just not cooperating. Luckily, these two didn’t let the rain dampen their spirits and even though we all got a little wet, they were able to make it through the outside ceremony and it was just beautiful.
Some of my favorite moments from their day included Emilee’s first look with her bridesmaids and of course her dad. As a mom of two young girls, the daddy-daughter moments always get me. During the reception, Zachariah started off his dance with his mom and together they got the party started with a little whip and nae-nae action, which was such a fun moment!
I hope you two enjoyed every second of your honeymoon. Congratulations Emilee & Zachariah!
