Catherine and Tres’ Classic First Presbyterian Ceremony and Witte Museum Fiesta

Alright, folks, let’s talk about a wedding that was one for the books! From the classic church ceremony to the elegant attire and last but not least my personal favorite the vibrant sombrero-filled reception under the stars!

Catherine and Tres wedding day started off at The St. Anthony and I knew right away from photographing her playful bridal details that this was going to be a fun one! Catherine was simply glowing and I am still obsessed with her earrings. This bride was a total vibe. Tres’ reaction to her during their first look at The Witte Museum was so sweet and they even had a slight rain shower during bridal party portraits, remember that is good luck 🙂

I loved photographing their newlywed portraits at First Presbyterian Church of San Antonio! It had the best staircase and doors as a backdrop and we had the perfect amount of cloud coverage to help filter away the bright, mid-day light. Per church rules, we stayed on the balcony once the processional finished but I think we actually ended up with best view in the whole church as you will see below!

Sarah with All in the Details Events killed it with the reception setup, Every detail at The Witte was carefully curated to create a truly unforgettable experience! From the Mexican tiles guests were greeted with, to the vibrant tablescapes and the adorable little lady making homemade tortillas at the buffet. No detail was left untouched. This couple’s magical evening was capped off with an epic dance party filled with big sombreros and a colorful streamer exit that was so much fun!!
