How adorable is the Brown Family?! Sarah & Jared were actually in a wedding party that I photographed several years ago so I was super happy when they reached out to schedule a family portrait session while I was visiting McKinney. We met up at one of my favorite spots, Erwin Park. This was a spot that I used to frequent all the time so it was fun getting to re-visit some of my favorite locations here.

Sarah and Jared had the most darling little girls and they totally rocked their session despite the crazy heat. I know summer weather is sometimes unbearable in Texas but there is just extra something about the sunsets this time of year.  The colors are always more vivid and the sunsets more golden, at least in my opinion 🙂 Regardless, I’m so very grateful for clients that will put up with the heat for their portrait sessions!
