Hello!!

After being quarantined for far too long and rescheduling Claudia and Clay’s engagement session soooo many times, we were finally able to meet up at Caddo Lake State Park in East Texas and it was amazing! For years, I have been obsessed with the scenery here and since I knew these two didn’t live to far away, I suggested it as a possible location for their engagement session and they were totally up for it. It really is  just such a beautiful spot and so different from what we are used to in Dallas Fort Worth.

We started the day off at Caddo Lake State Park and found a beautiful spot tucked back into the trees. It was a pretty warm summer day so it was great to start off with a bit of shade. After, we headed over to the docks and even saw a few alligators swimming around the water.  Getting to photograph these two here was a dream and I hope to go back some time soon in the Fall.

I enjoyed learning a bit about these two high school sweethearts who found their way back to each other and hearing all about their wedding details so far! These two will be tying the knot at Pineway Farms next spring and I couldn’t be more excited to photograph their special day!
