I just ADORED hanging out with Haile and Josh for their Stockyard Engagement Session in Fort Worth, Texas! These two were just  so easy-going and such a blast to be be around. I loved how they chose a location for their session that has a special meaning  to them. They met about three years ago at PR’s Saloon in The Stockyards. The funny thing is that PR’s states, first thing on their site, that they were voted the best place to meet singles, so they are clearly living up their claim!  They were both out with friends and Halie told me she was kind of put on the spot to dance with Josh and the rest is history. You may  notice a bit of a dancing theme throughout their session, since they were totally on point  with their dips!

I was so excited when Haile first reached out to me about photographing her wedding at Rolling Hills Ranch this coming Fall in Decatur. I have photographed two of her sorority sister’s wedding in the past and enjoy working at weddings where I already know quite a few familiar faces!

After we finished up on the main strip of The Stockyards, we headed to the cutest little greenery area over near River Ranch and it gave us the perfect backdrop, especially since Halie loves cacti! These two were just the sweetest and I enjoyed their enthusiasm, especially Josh 🙂  Toward the end he was a total pro going in an out of poses and would jokingly would put Halie in the pose. It was so much fun with you two and I can’t wait for your wedding this Fall!
