Oh gosh, I adore this couple! When I first photographed their secret engagement session in March, we just clicked right away! They are just a seriously fun couple to be around.

So if you are wanting to do something just a tad bit different from the wedding norm, take a tip from Jen & Nate and trick your family into thinking you are getting engaged and then have the ceremony right then and there.  Just a little different…I think not! These two kept this secret for months while picking out their rings, outfits, caterer an awesome house right on the beach, and having engagement photos done in Oceanside while living in Phoenix.  When Jen got her ring she told me how she would secretly wear it around the house 🙂

I am not going to lie, when I arrived the day of I was a little uneasy.  I pretended that I had never met these two and one of their friends “snuck” me out onto the back patio so Jen wouldn’t notice me.  I honestly wanted to scream out, “I know something you dont know!” haha.  Of course, I did not.
